Introduction

1. Core Structure & Lifting System
This hydraulic lifting emulsifier features a main mixing vessel with a cover that is raised and lowered by a hydraulic cylinder. The lifting system provides easy access to the homogenizer head, scraper agitator, and vessel interior, simplifying cleaning, inspection, and rapid batch changeover. It significantly reduces manual effort and production downtime.

2. Homogenization & Mixing Performance
Equipped with a high speed homogenizer (up to 6000 rpm) and a frame type scraper agitator, it produces fine emulsions with particle sizes down to 0.2–5 μm. The scraper continuously wipes the vessel wall, preventing material from sticking and ensuring uniform heat transfer and thorough mixing even for high viscosity products like ointments and mayonnaise.

3. Vacuum & Heating Options
The vessel can be operated under vacuum to remove entrapped air, inhibit oxidation, and enhance product stability. Jacketed heating – available in electric or steam versions – allows precise temperature control. All connections for vacuum, heating, and feeding are integrated into the hydraulic cover, making operation safe and leak free.

4. Automation & Smart Control
A Siemens PLC with a touch screen controls all processing parameters: mixing speed, homogenization time, temperature, vacuum level, and even lifting operations. Optional load cells and flow meters enable accurate ingredient batching and fully automated recipe management, guaranteeing consistent batch to batch quality with minimal human intervention.

5. Sanitary Design & CIP
All product contact parts are made of SUS316L stainless steel with a mirror polish, meeting strict GMP and FDA standards. The hydraulic lift opens the vessel completely, allowing easy manual cleaning. An integrated CIP (Clean In Place) system can be added for automatic cleaning of the tank, pipes, and mixing tools without disassembly, preventing cross contamination.
